Our child plays for TSC Alliance, will there be any sizing nights for us?
Yes, a set of try on gear has been provided to the TSC Alliance Group. There are only two pieces to fit, the shorts (YS & YM or YL) and the shirt (YM or YL). A set of these items will be provided to your coach/manager to coordinate the sizing.
Why am I being charged multiple shipping and handling fees for the same order?
This is a new system and we are working through the growing pains. We have corrected the duplicate shipping charge issue. All items are listed in the KIT STORE while the EXTRAS STORE has been shut down for the time being.
Moving forward, every child must have a separate order in the online store. Each player's order will have the shipping and handling fees. These fees cover the cost of the labor to apply the customization and the cost to get the items to you.
If you placed the order before this was fixed, please send a copy of the order to email@example.com and we will work to fix the issue.
What size are the socks, can we try them on?
The socks come in two sizes: Youth (best fits shoe size 1-5) and Adult (best fits shoe size 6-13).
We do not have samples to try on, but we will have samples that you can touch, feel, and see in the near future.
We also have selected a Training Sock that is for sale at the store as an optional item ($6).
What if I cannot attend one of your fitting dates?
The Club has some extra sets for fittings that we can 'check out' to your team managers / coach. You will need to make arrangements with them to set a time and place to have your child try on the kits.
Is it true we are using the old Waza shirts for our fittings?
While the Club wishes this was just a bad rumor, this is in fact true. The reason for this is that we have gone to a custom Under Armour top this year. Under Armour has just started making our shirts, so there is no stock to pull from for our players to size. Therefore, the only option we had was to use another club's shirts for our fitting. Unfortunately Waza's was the best option. If you want to try them on inside out, we would not blame you.
What number do we order?
When placing your order, you will not have the ablity to select a number for your jersey.
The leagues we play in do not allow players to have the same number on the field at the same time. To remove this possibility as much as we can, our Club has identified numbers for all players. Unfortunately there were a lot of requests for 10, 9, 7 and 11. And with the multiple teams per age group, getting kids their first or second choice was not always possible.
Also keep in mind that this uniform will be in place over multiple seasons. Kids get moved from roster to roster all the time, so to prevent parents from having to buy a new kit every time we make roster moves, we had to make sure all of the numbers in the age group were unique for each team.
I am still not clear about what our team will do for our tournament in early August?
The teams that are playing in the Rush Kickoff (8/6) and St. Clair Shores (8/19) are first on the list for order fulfillment. Our Red Training shirts will be customized with numbers on the back and will be used for a third jersey.
I have talked to the tournament coordinators and having only one uniform is not uncommon for these early tournaments.
Do you have a link to the store?
You can get to our NEW Club Store from the home page of our website under TSC Player Kit found on the left side menu bar.
The shirts are designed to be fitted (not baggy). The material used to create the shirts have a lot of stretch. When holding up the shirt to your child the shirt will look small, therefore it is strongly suggested that the player try on the shirt to ensure fit.
Once the shirt or any item is customized it cannot be returned for refund.
